Prescription Verification

At Icyvilo, your eye health is our top priority. In compliance with the Fairness to Contact Lens Consumers Act (FCLCA), all contact lens orders within the United States require valid prescription verification before shipment.

How It Works

Simply provide your prescription details when placing your order. We will send a verification request to your eye care provider, who has up to eight business hours to respond. If no response is received within this timeframe, your prescription will be automatically verified and your order may proceed.

How to Submit Your Prescription

To begin the verification process, please upload a clear and valid copy (photo or scan) of your prescription. You can do this either:

Prescriber Verification

Kindly include your prescriber’s name and contact information (phone number or email). We will reach out directly to confirm your prescription. Business hours are defined as 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, based on your prescriber’s local time.

If you don’t currently have a contact lens prescription, you can easily schedule an eye exam with a licensed provider through online vision services or local clinics. Once obtained, please upload your prescription to complete your order.

Orders will be reviewed and shipped only after prescription verification. In the event of any inconsistencies, we reserve the right to delay processing or cancel the order and issue a refund.
