Cancelling Your Order

Changed your mind? No problem!
If your order hasn't been packed yet, you can request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing it.
Just send us an email at clientservice@icyvilo.com with your order number and the reason you'd like to cancel.
Once confirmed, we’ll issue your refund within 5–7 business days.

Returns & Refunds

To be eligible:

Reach out to us within 14 days of delivery (based on tracking updates).

Items must be sealed, unused, and in original packaging.

Share your order number, contact info, tracking code, and reason for return.

After approval, please return the items to the address we provide within 7 days.

We’ll inspect your return upon arrival. If everything meets the return criteria, your refund will be issued in 5–10 business days.

Important Notes

Shipping fees and any import taxes are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
